You want to eat “better”, find a more peaceful relationship with food…But sometimes, despite your good intentions, something gets in the way.

Marie-Myriem MOKRANI

We often talk about a “balanced” diet, willpower, and “eating well.”
But what we talk about less… are the preconceived ideas that invite themselves onto your plate without you realizing it.
Little phrases, injunctions, rigid rules that guide your food choices... sometimes more than your own needs.

One belief among many others…

Let's take a very common example:
“You should not eat starchy foods in the evening.”

Maybe you've heard it before from friends and family, on Instagram, in a magazine, or even from a healthcare professional.
And by dint of hearing it, it ended up becoming obvious.

But if we take a moment to observe the real impact of this belief in your daily life:

  • You deny yourself certain meals that you actually wanted.

  • You replace starchy foods with vegetables... but you're hungry two hours later.

  • You feel frustrations, which sometimes end in snacking or compulsion.

  • You judge yourself. You feel guilty. You tell yourself that you “didn’t hold on.”

And little by little, the relationship with food becomes a source of tension, stress, mental burden .
You eat less with your body… and more with your head.

You're not the problem.

No, you don't have "a lack of willpower."
No, you don't need more control.

💡 You need to deconstruct.

You need to understand where these beliefs come from , why they have taken hold...
And above all: how to replace them with gentler, more accurate markers, more connected to your body and your reality.

My method: reconcile, not restrict

In my support, I help you to:

  • Highlighting the food beliefs that are holding you back

  • Understanding their effects on your eating behavior

  • Reconnect with your feelings of hunger, satiety, and pleasure

  • Making Peace with the Foods You Now Consider “Forbidden”

And all this, without pressure or perfection , just with curiosity, kindness, and above all… something concrete .
